IMPORTANT INFORMATION

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- You are responsible for cleaning, preparing, and staging your property before we arrive.

- Communicate your wants, needs, and requests during our initial conversation so we may best accommodate you. 

- Do not schedule any Open Houses at the same time as our photo shoot.

- Do not schedule any work to be done to your property at the same time as our photo shoot.

- Keep pets outside, removed from the property, or kept in an area not to be photographed or scanned. You are responsible for any    injury caused to our agents.

- Please do not interrupt, direct, suggest, recommend, or distract our agent during the appointment. 

- Remove any personal photographs and/or identifiable documents that may appear in photographs or scans.

-  Make every intention to keep your appointment time. We understand circumstances arise. We require a minimum 48 hour    cancellation notice. Same day cancellations are charged full price. 

- Reschedules must be made 24 hours in advance. Same day reschedules are treated as a cancellation and charged accordingly.

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- We will communicate every process and detail of the photo shoot with you. If there are any issues or concerns, we will address    them before the appointment date.

- We will respect and accommodate your reasonable requests to the best of our abilities. We are prohibited from altering the    appearance of the property to seem what it is not. IE, adding a deck to the backyard; removing power lines or power poles from    line of sight, etc. We can remove small objects from interior photos, such as a small photo in the background, a forgotten item,    etc.

- We will deliver your product to you in the promised time-frame. Photos will be adjusted for lighting and color accuracy only.    Further adjustments will require more time, at an additional cost.

- On  the rare instance a re-shoot is required by us, we will contact you as soon as practical. 

TIPS

Living Area

- Prepare and stage your home as if you were interested in buying it.

- Remove clutter, such as magazines, toys, dog bowls, etc. from living areas.

- Turn on all lights. Replace any burned out bulbs.

- Lowers blind and keep them open.

- Keep curtains open.

- Vacuum carpets. Sweep and mop tile/wood floors.

- Fluff and straighten pillows on couches and chairs.

- Turn off televisions, computer monitors, and fans.

- Unplug and hide all electrical cords, phone and tablet chargers, etc.

- Clean windows and mirrors; make sure they are streak free.

Bedrooms

- Make the beds and put away all clothing. 

- Throws and decorative pillows should not be excessive.

Bathrooms

- Clean bathrooms and remove all items from counter tops, hide toiletries, soap and shampoo bottles, bath mats etc.

- Close toilet lid and fold towels in bathrooms.

- Close shower doors or curtains.

Kitchen

- Clean kitchen and hide cooking utensils, pots and pans, mats, etc. 

- Place bowl of fruit for aesthetics.

- Clean dining room table, make sure chairs are clean, straight, and pushed in.

- Remove clutter from exterior of refrigerator.

Exterior

- Park cars in garage with doors closed. Do not park in driveway or in front of property.

- Sweep and wash driveway, walkway, and front of property.

- Hide trashcans, lawn and gardening tools, pool tools, etc.

- Mow lawn, remove debris, dead plants and vegetation, trim hedges, etc.

- Remove hoses and extension cords.

- Remove all flags, hanging ornaments, security signs, small lawn ornaments, etc.

- Clean grills, fire pits, patio furniture, pools, etc. Open patio Umbrellas.

- Clean, repair, or replace fixtures such as shutters, light fixtures, hanging flower pots, gutters, down spouts, etc.

TMG Photography is committed to protecting your privacy. Information collected is used only improve our website content and provide you with image-related services. TMG Photography may contract companies to provide certain services, such as credit card processing, image acquisition and processing, and cloud storage. TMG Photography will provide these companies with only the information needed to perform their services. TMG Photography works closely with these companies to ensure your privacy is respected and protected. On rare occasions, TMG Photography may disclose specific information upon governmental request, in response to a court order, or when required by law. TMG Photography may also share information with companies assisting in fraud protection or investigation. TMG Photography does not provide information to any agencies or companies for marketing or commercial purposes.
